Privacy Policy

This page describes how the public CYPHOPS website handles information. It is a working policy for the site as implemented, not legal advice.

What this website collects

The public site does not require an account. If you use the consultation form, the server receives the fields you submit: name, business email, optional company name, area of interest, optional budget and timeline, and the description of your challenge. A privacy acknowledgement is also stored as part of that submission.

How inquiries are used

Form submissions are used to understand the request and respond. When email delivery is configured, the contents are sent to the CYPHOPS inquiry inbox. CYPHOPS does not sell this information and does not use it to operate advertising profiles.

What is not collected

This website does not provide user accounts, a client portal, or payment processing. It does not ask for passwords. Technical logs used to operate the site may include standard request metadata such as approximate network origin for abuse prevention. Those values are hashed for rate limiting and are not treated as a marketing list.

Retention

Inquiry email is retained only as long as needed to respond and, where a project follows, to keep a record of the original request. If you want an inquiry deleted, use the contact form or the configured public email address to ask.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies may be used by the hosting platform to operate the site. Optional analytics identifiers are only activated if they are configured. This policy does not claim compliance with a specific jurisdiction beyond describing the current implementation.

Changes

If the website gains a client portal, payments, or other data processing, this policy should be updated before those features go live.
